Take note of the steps in this recipe for everything and learn how to make beet juice in just a few moments.
Ingredients:
2 medium beets
Water
Half a lemon
Sugar or sweetener
Steps to follow to make this recipe:
1.The beet is a vegetable root whose consumption brings many benefits, and if you ingest it in the form of juice, you can enjoy the following properties:
It stimulates the appetite and facilitates the digestion of food.
It is rich in antioxidants, making it an excellent food for fighting cell aging and preventing certain types of cancer.
It helps to keep blood pressure stable.
It helps to strengthen the immune system.
It promotes the elimination of toxins and the purification of the body.
2.The first thing to do to make this juice is to prepare the beets, cleaning and cutting them appropriately. Start by removing the leaves and tip of the root with a knife. Then wash them well to remove any remaining dirt and remove the skin with a knife or thrifty if you have one. It is also possible to leave the skin of the beet, but in this case, the final juice will taste more bitter. Finally, cut the beet into long pieces, then group them to cut into cubes.
3.Pour all the beet pieces into the Digoo blender glass and add a cup of cold water. Then you have to extract the lemon juice, use a manual or electric juicer and do not forget to filter the resulting liquid if you do not want to smell the pulp by drinking the beet juice.
4.Add the squeezed lemon juice to the blender and the beetroot and crush all the ingredients at medium power so that they blend in and are fully milled. If the beet juice is too thick, add a little more water and you're done! Taste it and add the amount of sugar or sweetener to your taste, although you can also add a type of sweetener such as honey so that it tastes a little more pleasant.
5.Even if you can prepare the beet juice only based on this vegetable, you can also add to the preparation of other fruits and vegetables such as apple or carrot to obtain a much more nutritious and vitaminized juice.
