How to Make a Cake for Valentine's Day?

During February a special date occurs where both girls and boys let know who they like.  Valentine's Day on February 14th can be taken as a day to share memories, moments and not to buy expensive gifts. As for me, there is nothing that can be more sweet than giving a cake made yourself to the person you love.  Therefore, today we will teach you how to create a beautiful cake decorated especially for Valentine's Day .

Ingredients

For the filling

2 eggs

80 gr of sugar

60 gr of wheat flour

1 tablespoon yeast

1 vanilla pod

1 tablespoon butter

600 gr of strawberries

Some water

2 small strawberry yogurts

Strawberry jam

6 gelatine ballots

For the cover

2 strawberry yogurts

Strawberry jam

Jelly

For the cream

150 gr of sugar

200 ml of cream to assemble

Instruction

In a bowl add two eggs, sugar and proceed to beat with rods, so that the mixture is aerated. Then add the flour, yeast and mix again.

To remove the seeds of the pod with the aid of a knife and to add the vanilla to the container, must be beaten so that it is completely integrated.

Sprinkle some butter on the pan and pour the mixture over, then bake at 180º for about 10 minutes.

The gelatine envelopes should be added to the water and wait about 5 minutes for them to mix.

After 10 minutes the base is removed from the oven and the mold is turned to leave the flat part face up. The next thing is to prepare the decoration, this step is to leave the strawberries clean to decorate the finish, cut them and beat them and  

The gelatin is taken, placed on medium heat and after a few minutes is removed from it, a little water is added and expected.

The cream should be set in a blender, added sugar and beat until the volume is multiplied. The whipped cream that results in this mixture is placed in a bowl and the strawberry yogurts, the beaten strawberries that we had prepared and the ingredients are mixed.

This mixture will be placed inside the valentine fondant cake molds that we had prepared and will be allowed to cool during the necessary hours for it to cool down. Once it is ready it is removed from the mold and strawberry jam and whole strawberries are placed on its surface.
